My resume covers multiple industries. I am a native of Phila. I lived in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, Sarasota, FL, now San Diego. My expertise covers the academics, the arts: as a Dancer(not ballet trained), parent who raised her children in the Arts and my son in sports. I recently an successfully chaired the nomination for the Tony Award Winner - "Excellence in Theater Education"; I am a Professor teaching: Construction Mgmt, Real Estate Principles, Leadership and Management. I am a Real Estate Broker (prefer Commercial /Retail Leasing), Mortgage Broker (30+ years), Community Advocate, former Developer, and many other walks of life. I enjoy encouraging and assisting the younger generation bring it together and deal with life. How to put the pieces together. I have a PhD in General Psychology: Integrating Technology, Psychology, & Learning. My dissertation research did a comparative study between the Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants getting problem-solving skills from playing entertainment mobile games. I hope this is enough.
