Based in the Maine/New Hampshire Seacoast region, Lisa Flynn brings warmth, intelligence, professionalism, and an authentic, relatable presence to on-camera and commercial print work. An experienced wellness educator, yoga and meditation teacher, public speaker, professional trainer, and television guest, she is comfortable presenting, hosting, demonstrating products, and representing brands. Drawing on her experience as a business owner / CEO, hospitality sales leader, school board director, and published author, Lisa brings confidence and authority to corporate and leadership roles, along with the warmth and approachability of a trusted friend, mother, and educator to roles centered on care and connection. Physically fit, with a health-conscious lifestyle and an empowering perspective on aging and midlife, she is especially well suited for commercial, luxury, lifestyle, wellness, travel, hospitality, skincare, fitness, and healthy-aging campaigns. As a breast cancer survivor, she also brings valuable lived experience to projects focused on healthcare, cancer treatment, and survivorship. Formerly represented by an Atlanta-based agency, her earlier experience includes small roles in TV commercials, regional modeling for clothing brands, and runway work in fashion and hair shows. Now a semi-retired empty nester with more flexibility, Lisa is excited to return to acting and modeling, as well as explore voiceover opportunities. She continues to teach yoga, write. and lead workshops and retreats.
