Bio: Jay Hewlett has been there and done that. He is in tune with the times and out of tune with everyone else; he thinks goals are for goalies. You might laugh, and many do, and that’s OK… because…he is a comedian… And how they laugh! He has legit been on BET's Comic View (twice,) Comedy Central's Make Me Laugh, and the Showtime Comedy Club network. In addition to performing at clubs and colleges, he also entertains our troops with Armed Forces Entertainment. He is a series regular on the hit streaming series Up All Night with Rhonda Shear, and he co-hosts the popular streaming show Comedians at Denny’s. He was nominated for an Indie Spirit Award for his 2025 film The Day Job. He has been in over 20 indie movies since 2021. Catch him soon at a comedy club or movie theater near you.
