Jack Tunnell

Jack Tunnell is a Charleston-based performer, educator, musician, photographer, and former collegiate athlete with experience in theater, musical theater, vocal performance, journalism, and marketing. A classically trained vocalist and lifelong musician, he has performed in theatrical productions as well as competitive and collegiate ensembles. Jack particularly enjoys character work, impressions, physical expression, and experimenting with voice, mannerisms, timing, and delivery. As an English educator, he has also taught dramatic works by Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Arthur Miller, and others, giving him an unusually text-focused approach to character, dialogue, and performance. Comfortable performing both onstage and on camera, Jack brings an expressive, adaptable performance style alongside experience communicating with audiences in education, journalism, and media. At 6’1” with a collegiate athletic background, he is especially interested in character, comedic, dramatic, commercial, lifestyle, and athletic roles.
