Jack Rogers

JACK ROGERS Jack Rogers is a Bay Area actor, visual artist, musician, and longtime film-industry professional with more than three decades of experience in storytelling and the creative arts. Raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Jack has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1995. He earned a BFA from Auburn University in 1992 and an MFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 1997. Jack has spent 30 years working in film and television and is a member of the Art Directors Guild Local 800 and IATSE Local 16. His performance experience includes student films, filmed art installations, and a lifetime on stage as a musician beginning at age 12. He was also selected as a finalist for Blue Man Group in New York following a San Francisco casting. Alongside his film work, Jack has an extensive background as a visual artist and educator. He developed and taught the art curriculum at Oakland Military Institute from 2004–2008. His work has been exhibited at venues including Capp Street Project, 111 Minna Gallery, and Crucible Steel Gallery, with commissioned work for Embarcadero Center, Campari International, and Edelman PR. His artwork and projects have also appeared on KTVU and KRON 4. With a background spanning acting, music, fine art, construction, and decades behind the scenes in film and television, Jack brings substantial real-world experience and physical presence to character-driven roles.
