Holly Valenti

Hi there. My name is Holly Valenti. I'm a seventy year old Grandma who raised six kids of my own and we've just celebrated our 51st anniversary. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley in California. As a teenager I wanted to be an actress, but I also wanted to be a wife and mom. Guess which one prevailed? Watching and supporting our fourteen year old granddaughter, who has acted locally for many years, has renewed the desire of my teen years. Though I've never acted I have directed plays/roadshows for church youth groups. This included writing, set and costume design and music. The desire was always lurking in the background. I did land the understudy role for the main character in my senior year of high school though! You could say that I'm at the age where I'm compiling a bucket list. I want to be able to say that I accomplished the one other thing that I most wanted to do with my life - acting - even if it's just a walk through part in the background!
