Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith is an experienced performer with a background in film, commercial, television, and stage acting. She had a speaking role in the TriStar Pictures feature film The Legend of Billie Jean, appeared in several regional television commercials, was featured as an extra in the television series Vegas, and appeared in the music video for Blind Man by Aerosmith. She also performed as a dancer in the Junior League Follies. Most recently, Amanda portrayed newscaster Jemma Jenkins in a professionally produced studio segment for the Texas A&M University Mays Business School Flex Online MBA program. She also received Best Actress Honorable Mention in the University Interscholastic League One-Act Play Contest during high school. Drawing on both professional and educational production experience, Amanda brings confidence, authenticity, and a polished on-camera presence to every role. After a successful career in higher education and instructional design, she is excited to return to acting and looks forward to contributing depth, professionalism, and life experience to new opportunities.
