Billy Boyle

Billy Boyle is an accomplished hospitality and culinary professional with extensive experience in club management, food and beverage operations, and large-scale event execution. As Executive Chef at Chickasaw Country Club, Billy oversees all culinary operations, including banquet events, member dining, tournament catering, and innovative themed dining experiences that consistently enhance the member experience. Known for combining creativity with operational excellence, Billy has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality cuisine while maintaining strong cost controls, efficient kitchen operations, and exceptional guest satisfaction. His expertise spans menu development, staff leadership, banquet production, and hospitality management. Outside of his professional career, Billy is an avid music enthusiast and longtime fan of the Grateful Dead. He has been taking guitar lessons for the past year and a half and enjoys the challenge and creativity that comes with learning music. Billy is married to his wife, Tara, and together they share their home with Nova, their beloved dog. A passionate supporter of Oklahoma Sooners football, he enjoys spending his free time following the team, exploring new culinary ideas, and preparing to go on a whitewater rafting trip in Idaho on the Salmon river later this summer.
