Bruce Litz

Born in WhittierCA IN 1946. My aunt and uncle worked in the Federal Theatre Project of the WPA in the 1930s. They continued in community theatre after the Second World War through the 50s. When they needed a boy I him. Continuing casual involvement in theatre at school and church was fun. Later in the 60s, student films and independent productions were always enjoyable. Background,walk on and bit parts. While studying jogs at the Center for Yoga in Larchmont. I did asanas in the background in THE HAND with Michael Cane and Andrea Marcovichi, I’ve worked with friends who are poets, performance artists and spoken word performers. I’m not shy and enjoy being on stage in whatever capacity. Friends ask and I help out. I’ve worked as an illustrator and cartoonist in alternative newspapers and tattoo magazine. I spent 20 years as a special education teacher in South Central Los Angeles. Now I ‘m retired, divorced and looking for something interesting to do.
