Born in Munich, Germany, always knew since little that my calling was to act. After finishing high school I attended the Acting Academy and College in Munich. I was cast in several theatre ensembles and performed on the National Stage in Munich. Soon enough I knew I wanted more and decided to move to Los Angeles to act while going to UCLA. Here I got lucky enough to meet early on people like Benicio Del Toro, who shared his speech coach with me. I was fascinated that the speed coach was actually from Germany, who now was teaching Benicio and I “proper” accent free English… I have seen and done it all in a short period of time, however, decided to have a family short after which put my career on hold. Now that I am more flexible I am ready to give it a second chance. In the meantime, I translated books and movies such as James Cameron’s Titanic, the book to the movie, which became an instant best seller overnight.
