I’m a mature southern lady who was born in a small town north of Nashville. However, my stepfather was in the Navy so I lived in South Texas for several 6 years. I moved back to Tennessee when I was 15. I have always been interested in performing and theater. Starting in elementary school I was performing in school plays as a main character. I have always chosen drama classes as my elective since middle school where I also played leading roles. In high school I chose drama and theater as my elective and even took an extra elective my senior year to stay in the class. I was in every production at my high school. I am a people person and I am not shy. During college at Western Kentucky University, I worked as a hostess at Cracker Barrel for 4 years. That job taught me a lot about relating to the public and instilled a sense of urgency that no classroom can do. After college I started working in the staffing industry, which led me to the corporate environment. I ended up working in Human Resources on the corporate level with AutoNation for 15 years in Jacksonville,FL. During which I got married and had 2 children. I moved back to Tennessee in 2012 after my divorce and have been here since. My second husband passed away 2 years ago and my children are grown. I’m looking to start the next chapter of my life. I want to do something I love. People always tell me I have a very likable personality and a beautiful smile. Although, I’m getting older and I’m not a gorgeous model, I feel like I am relatable. I represent what real women look like. I obviously have a southern accent, but because I have lived in other places, I can also have a more neutral accent. Still southern, but more professional. I am well spoken and educated. However, I can be really country sometimes. Depending on the situation. From moving around so much being a military child, I learned to fit in with my audience. So, i think I am very versatile. I know I’m older to be starting something like this, but I am ready to take my life in a different direction and finally do something for myself.
