Damion Marcellous Wiggan Jr.
About
Hello to who it may concern I’m Damion Wiggan; an emerging actor and model bringing a professional mindset, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the entertainment industry. While I’m relatively new to acting and modeling professionally, I’m not new to the discipline, commitment, adaptability, and determination it takes to succeed in competitive environments. My professional and life experiences have taught me how to learn quickly, work with different people, adapt to new environments, and stay focused on the goal in front of me. I take pride in being dependable, coachable, and willing to put in the work required to continually improve. I understand that success in this industry is built not only on talent and presence, but also on preparation, professionalism, consistency, and the ability to take direction. Entertainment has also been a part of my family’s history. My family previously had their own talk show, where they interviewed legendary rap groups and artists, including Run-DMC. Growing up with that connection to television, music, and entertainment gave me an appreciation for what it means to be in front of an audience and in the spotlight. I’ve also been told throughout my life that I have a natural “radio voice,” which has always made me feel connected to the world of media and entertainment. I consider that part of my “showtime DNA.” I’m comfortable stepping into the limelight, speaking in front of people, engaging with a crowd, being on camera, and taking on opportunities that require presence and personality. Whether it’s acting, hosting, interviewing, public speaking, or simply commanding the attention of a room, I’m not afraid of those moments. I enjoy the energy that comes with connecting with an audience and being able to communicate with people. As a performer, I’m particularly drawn to action and comedy, and I currently train in Muay Thai. I’m especially interested in opportunities that allow me to explore action-oriented and action-hero roles, but I’m not looking to limit myself to one genre or character type. I’m equally open to drama, comedy, dramedy, romance, urban and inner city stories, crime-based projects, documentaries, biographies, and a wide range of other storytelling. I believe my look and presence allow me to explore different sides of a character—from sophisticated, urban, or suburban personalities to heroes, villains, and anti-heroes. My goal is to remain versatile and open to roles that challenge me while allowing me to continue developing as a performer. I’m bringing this mindset into acting and modeling with the determination to learn, grow, and build a lasting career. I’m excited to work with creative teams, take on new challenges, and bring authenticity, energy, versatility, and professionalism to every opportunity. I’m confident that when given the right opportunity, I can rise to the occasion, take direction, connect with an audience, and deliver my best work.
