Dan Cordray

My experiences in acting/entertaining started in high school. Three summer-stock musicals, being in a band, and a then vocal group taught me the energy that comes from production. Not just performing, but the interaction with others to push the production over the top. That feeling of when it all "just works" excites me the most. I continued playing and singing throughout my life for the joy of entertaining. That spilled over into my other positions through public speaking, team development, professional narration, and storytelling. I always tried to capture the audience as a way to help them learn. During the last decade my wife and I have traveled all over the United States as nomads. Boondocking to enjoy the outdoors was not a requirement but a choice. I've taught Bushcraft skills at many places and events. The fun of entertaining folks while they learn skills used by the pioneers is for me almost undescribable. This lifestyle led us into meeting many interesting people and opened the door to being part of the cast for the movie Nomadland. I know my past experiences in corporate America and living a nomadic life outdoors allows me to wear many hats and fill many roles. Follow, lead, or get outta the way is my creed.
