Darrell Wood is a Norfolk, Virginia–based performer whose work spans musical theatre, vocal performance, and dance. He trained in voice under composer Michael John Trotta and has performed twice at Carnegie Hall. His musical theatre training includes work with Destination Broadway, and he competed professionally in ballroom dance in Nashville, placing third at the Southern Heat Competition. His original album, Afterglow (Reclaimed), is available now, and he is currently writing an original stage musical. Offstage, he is the founder and executive director of Cues For Cancer, a nonprofit that uses the performing arts to bring hope to people affected by cancer.
