William Hoar

William is a New York-trained professional performer returning to television after an extended period away from acting. He began his career as a child performer with the Metropolitan Opera, singing in productions with Luciano Pavarotti and Plácido Domingo and performing as a soloist at Carnegie Hall. He later acted professionally in New York and appeared in a featured speaking role opposite Jay-Z in the “Change Clothes” music video. His life outside acting has included work in finance, teaching, luxury retail and hospitality, professional visual art and music, as well as a 2018 campaign for Congress in Maine. He is also nineteen years sober. He is now returning to acting and is particularly interested in grounded dramatic television and character roles.
