Diego Rios

Diego is an 18-year-old multidisciplinary creative and touring musician based in Los Angeles. As a drummer, he performs and records with multiple bands including Plasmahaven, Pileup, and Me+You. His bands have headlined sold-out shows across California and performed at major music festivals, contributing to LA's underground music scene. As the founder and operator of Earl Grey Records, Diego brings hands-on experience in music distribution, artist development, and grassroots promotion. Beyond music, he has production experience in Hollywood, having worked as a Production Assistant on the feature film "Jersey Devil" under director Bobby Alt. He is also an emerging animator and filmmaker, creating original animated shorts that blend humor and visual storytelling. Diego is currently pursuing opportunities in television production, development, and programming, with a focus on translating his entrepreneurial creative vision into the world of film and television
