Donna Bailey Copeland

My name is Donna Bailey-Copeland, and becoming an actress has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. Although I am beginning my professional acting journey, I bring a lifetime of genuine emotion, resilience, creativity, leadership, and unforgettable experiences to every role. As a wife, mother, bonus mother, entrepreneur, former EMT instructor, event designer, and lead and freelance florist, I understand responsibility, pressure, teamwork, transformation, and the many ways people express love, pain, strength, and vulnerability. My life has taught me how to connect deeply with complicated emotions and portray characters with honesty rather than judgment. I am expressive, confident, coachable, dependable, and unafraid to draw from my experiences to create performances that feel authentic. What I may not yet have in traditional acting credits, I bring in emotional depth, natural presence, determination, and a willingness to learn—and I am ready to give my heart, discipline, and unique voice to this role.
