About
Hi! My name is Erin Smith, and I’m currently based in Chicago! I trained at The Juilliard School and Manhattan School of Music, beginning my professional career in opera before expanding into musical theatre and now, hopefully, the world of film and television! ☺️ Acting and storytelling have always been at the heart of my passion as an artist. My years of training and performing have given me a strong foundation, and today I feel confident in what I can bring to a production: warmth, professionalism, emotional honesty, and genuine human connection. I’m deeply passionate about the creative process, exploring the complexities of human relationships, and bringing characters and their stories to life. Some career highlights include performing leading roles with major opera companies and appearing in an Emmy Award-winning production of PBS’s Live from Lincoln Center. Above all, my most meaningful role is being a mother to my wonderful 10-year-old son. 💕 I would love to connect and collaborate with fellow artists and storytellers! Please feel free to visit erinsmith.music to learn more about my work or reach out directly. Warmly, Erin
