Frankie Richard Bernard III

I’m Frank Bernard — a desert-based artist, builder, creative director, and live event producer from the Coachella Valley. My life has been built around underground music culture, large-scale art, immersive experiences, and creating spaces where people feel something real. Over the years I’ve worked across multiple worlds: construction, stage building, projection-based installations, sound production, festival environments, live performance, visual art, artist development, and community organizing. I’ve helped build stages in the desert, managed creative projects, worked hands-on trades jobs, and collaborated with artists, musicians, and collectives throughout Southern California. I’m also the father and creative mentor behind the psytrance artist PSYR Moon, helping guide branding, stage concepts, live visuals, event strategy, and artistic direction while supporting him as he grows into his own career. What makes me different is that I don’t come from a traditional entertainment background. I come from real environments, real people, and real experiences. I’ve lived inside DIY culture, festival culture, art communities, and working-class life all at the same time. I understand how to move between those worlds naturally. People tend to describe me as intense, perceptive, creative, grounded, and hard to forget. I’m comfortable in front of crowds, behind the scenes, improvising under pressure, leading creative teams, or stepping into unusual environments and making them feel authentic. My interests include underground music culture, visual arts, experimental creativity, projection mapping, immersive event design, storytelling, philosophy, alternative lifestyles, desert culture, psychology, live production, and community-driven experiences.
