I may not have traditional acting experience—yet—but being comfortable in the spotlight has pretty much been a theme throughout my life. Growing up, I was involved in dance, cheerleading and sports, sang solos in my school chorus, and even sang the National Anthem at my high school sporting events. I was always drawn to performing and never had much fear about getting up in front of a crowd. In fact, I’ve been told since I was little that I should get into acting. As an adult, I naturally gravitated toward hospitality and nightlife, working as a cocktail server and bartender in busy restaurants, bars and nightclubs. I loved the energy, meeting new people, entertaining a crowd and working in environments where being outgoing and having a personality was an asset. I’ve bartended, danced on stages, worked promotional events, and spent years in customer-facing roles where connecting with people comes naturally. Since then, I’ve built a pretty diverse professional background across hospitality, beauty, sales, property management, travel and childcare—which has also given me a lot of life experience and an ability to connect with just about anyone. What I bring to the table is personality. I’m outgoing, expressive, quick-witted, personable, adaptable and very comfortable being myself. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I’m willing to jump into something new and fully commit to it. My boyfriend of eight years still regularly tells me I was meant to be an actress, so I figured maybe it’s finally time to find out if everyone has been onto something all these years.
