Jason Bitzer is a former professional water sports athlete with over a decade of competitive experience. He transitioned into a distinguished career as a first responder, serving as a North Shore Oahu lifeguard and earning both the Presidential Lifesaving Merit Award and the Honolulu Mayoral Award for his lifesaving efforts. During his tenure, Jason founded Never Off Duty, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free first responder training to at-risk youth. In 2010, he pivoted into the production and safety industry. For the past 15 years, Jason has led both union and non-union stunt and safety teams on international projects. His expertise spans high-profile production safety, stunt coordination, and risk management for major events such as the Eddie Aikau Invitational, TV series including Sirens , Last Resort nd Bo Buhrnams "Inside", and large resort properties in the surf park industry.
