Joshua J Bixler

Born and raised in Sonora, California, I'm a blue-collar country boy through and through. I own and operate J Bixler Inspections, where I take pride in helping families make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives. Hard work, honesty, and treating people right are values I was raised on and still live by every day. When I'm not crawling through attics, walking roofs, or inspecting homes, you'll usually find me coaching youth football or baseball. I love helping kids build confidence, learn teamwork, and have fun competing. Being a coach is one of the most rewarding things I do. Around town, people know me for making them laugh. I'm a big teddy bear with a sense of humor and a heart for helping others. Some folks even call me "The Ginger Panda." But don't let the nickname fool you—when it's time to stand up for what's right, protect my family, my players, or my clients, I've got plenty of bite when needed. I'm proud of my small-town roots, proud of my business, and proud to serve the communities of the 209. I believe in working hard, treating people fairly, and leaving things better than I found them. And if I ever shave my beard? Well... let's just say I go from seasoned home inspector to a chubby sixteen-year-old in about five minutes.
