Lukas Delgado

My name is Lukas Delgado, and I’m a transgender man, Sous Chef, and aspiring actor with eight years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Working in fast-paced kitchens has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of building genuine connections with people from all walks of life. As a leader, I believe in leading by example, communicating openly, and creating an environment where everyone feels respected and heard. Whether I’m developing daily and weekly specials, training team members, or helping my team succeed, I bring passion, creativity, and authenticity to everything I do. Outside of the kitchen, I’m excited to pursue acting because I love storytelling and the opportunity to bring real, honest characters to life. As a transgender man, I hope to help create authentic representation while showing the strength, vulnerability, and humanity that connect us all. My goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally, challenge myself through new experiences, and inspire others by staying true to who I am.
