Paula Russell

Paula Russell is a Northern California native whose life and professional experience bring authenticity, confidence, and a grounded presence to the screen. A healthcare leader and registered nurse, Paula has built her career in high-pressure environments where communication, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to connect with people are essential. Outside of her professional career, Paula is deeply connected to agriculture and animal life, with hands-on experience raising and working with horses, sheep, goats, poultry, and other livestock. She is also actively involved in supporting youth agriculture and 4-H, giving her a natural familiarity with rural, ranch, family, healthcare, and professional settings. Now exploring acting and on-camera opportunities, Paula brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Although new to the entertainment industry, she is comfortable working with diverse personalities, taking direction, adapting quickly, and remaining composed under pressure. Her broad range of real-world experience allows her to bring genuine life experience and authenticity to a variety of roles.
