I am a seated Circuit Judge, Author, Motivational Speaker, Law Professor, and retired Michigan Army National Guard, JAG Officer. I have been featured in several documentaries, a featured guests multiple talk shows and podcasts and have been a legal commentator on news networks. In my varied employment, I have had to play many roles. As a judge, I’m constantly in front of cameras and public handling live situations as they come in front of me unscripted. I have the confidence and ability to portray various characters, convincingly and emotionally connect with an audience. That is something I do on a daily basis as a judge when people come in front of me, whether it be a victim, defendant or other party. I understand people and the things that motivate them. I have ability to convey various emotions, motivations, and intentions through body language, speech and facial expressions.
