Shaun Michael frude

I bring a strong performance background, natural stage presence, and the ability to fully commit to a character or scene. I’ve had a passion for performing for as long as I can remember, from singing, dancing, and acting as a child to taking on leading roles in drama classes. I’ve always felt at home entertaining an audience and stepping into different characters. I’ve been performing onstage since I was 16 and currently play guitar and sing backup vocals in Cascade Effect, a professional band that tours frequently throughout the United States and Europe. I also write and perform my own songs. My experience includes live performances, music videos, and working as a background actor in an independent film. I’m comfortable in front of the camera, take direction well, and bring focus, energy, and commitment to every project. My experience as a musician has strengthened my confidence, discipline, adaptability, and ability to connect with an audience. I’m based in the San Diego area and am open to traveling for work. I’m eager to continue building my experience in film and television and to bring authenticity, creativity, and a strong work ethic to every role.

San Diego-based performer with professional touring band experience, stage combat training, and construction/mechanical background. Strong on-camera presence and full commitment to character work.
