Susan Cohen DeStefano

I started appearing in community theatre as the Mother Abbess in THE SOUND OF MUSIC; while I've enjoyed becoming Nettie in CAROUSEL and Widow Paroo in THE MUSIC MAN, I've also been Sister Mary Lazarus in SISTER ACT. My most recent role was Eunice, a Mormon friend and confidante in a new drama, GRAY WHALE; I recently booked my first commercial as a brand-specific Christmas caroler. Someday, I may get to portray a Jewish character. When I'm not auditioning or acting, I am a part-time Cantor at a synagogue in Perrineville, NJ.
