I was an Executive Chef for 26 plus years from Texas, Up State New York, beaches of North Carolina to here in Ohio. I bought a building in late 2019 to open my own restaurant and called it Rye Toast, you can still look it up and find the facebook page. Covid hit during remodeling, managed to open in May of 2020 but was unable to make it so I closed my restaurant due to covid and found a job with Ecolab starting in pest control then moving to their institutional side as a Service Representative. Hobbies include riding my Harley, hunting, fishing, cooking, acting and kayaking and spending time with family.
