A major theme park commercial is casting a male performer, ages 65–70, to play the featured role of Grandpa.
The production is looking for someone who feels older yet energetic, vital, adventurous, and emotionally connected to a 16-year-old granddaughter. You should believably portray a sports fan with warmth, enthusiasm, and a strong family bond. Talent of all ethnicities are encouraged to apply, and real grandfather-granddaughter pairs are welcome.
You'll be asked to portray an energetic, adventurous grandfather in a theme park setting, create a believable emotional connection with a 16-year-old granddaughter, bring warmth, vitality, and authentic sports-fan enthusiasm to the role, and follow direction from the production and creative teams throughout filming.
Responsibilities include participating in a Zoom callback if selected, attending a scheduled fitting in the Orlando, Florida area, and being available for all required filming dates.
Requirements: - Male talent, ages 65–70 - Open to all ethnicities - Must convincingly portray an older but energetic and vital grandfather - Warm, natural, and emotionally expressive on-camera presence - Must believably interact with a 16-year-old granddaughter - Sports-fan energy and an adventurous personality are preferred - Real grandfather-granddaughter pairs are welcome to apply - Must be available for a Zoom callback on October 9 or October 13, 2026, if selected - Must be available for a fitting on October 22 or October 23, 2026 - Must be available for all three filming dates in the Orlando, Florida area: October 28, October 29, and October 30, 2026 - Must be able to work as a local hire in Orlando, Florida - Must have no conflicting theme park commercial commitments - Non-union performers are eligible
Compensation: - $600 session fee per work day, plus 20% agency fee - $10,000 buyout, plus 20% agency fee, if the performer appears in the final cut - Potential compensation of $10,600+ based on session work and final-cut buyout - Worldwide, all-media usage for two years
