I've been dancing casually for many years, and it has given me a strong appreciation for movement, expression, and performance. I'm naturally empathetic with a wide emotional range, which helps me connect with people and the stories I tell. When I'm not working or pursuing creative projects, you'll usually find me outdoors exploring nature with my two dogs. Texas boy, born in Houston, but grew up in Austin, so will often weave a “ya’ll” into conversation from time to time. Always outdoor adventuring from surfing, snowboarding, to ultra marathons….really anything active and fun. Ran competitive track and field at Rice University and now doing ultra trail races. I am 47 but get confused for. Early 30’s all the time. Dating someone 20 years younger so that keeps me young I guess. I have traveled the world mostly in France and Italy. 🇮🇹 has my heart. I bring a quiet introspection to most video or photo work. I am extremely physically fit but my facial response and quick wit usually are what creates my magnetic energy. I am kind always, work hard and show care for everyone around, especially those I love. My next ten years is growing a wellness brand focused on Thermaculture, travel and trying new things like really getting into acting. Also plan to run a 100 mile race under 14 hours.

I was born in West Texas and grew up in the Texas Hill Country, on the shores of Lake Marble Falls. Although I lived in the Hill Country, I frequently visited my family’s ranch in West Texas on the Concho River to help out. An avid outdoorsman, I grew up hunting, fishing, and playing Texas football. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Resource and Environmental Studies, I worked in construction, heavy equipment oporation, and even ran my own countertop repair/modification business before pivoting into the environmental sector.I also developed a passion for adventure sports—competing in Spartan races, running long distances, and training in the gym daily. Today, I serve as a water operator for the city. I balance my outdoor lifestyle, athletic pursuits, and my public safety position with my passion for modeling, bringing an adventurous spirit and work ethic to everything I do- rooted in Texas

Paula Lauzon is a Texas-based actor, director, casting professional, and filmmaker with over a decade of experience in front of and behind the camera. Known for her authenticity, emotional depth, and strong screen presence, she is drawn to roles that explore the complexities of human relationships, resilience, humor, and personal transformation. After building a successful career directing films, casting projects, and developing talent, Paula is actively expanding her work again, as an actor and bringing a unique perspective to every performance. Her experience on both sides of the camera allows her to collaborate seamlessly with directors, understand story structure, and deliver nuanced, grounded performances. Paula is particularly well-suited for roles such as mothers, professionals, executives, medical personnel, teachers, small-town characters, strong women facing adversity, and character-driven dramatic or comedic roles. She is available for film, television, commercial, voiceover, and new media projects. Based in Central Texas and willing to travel for the right opportunities, Paula remains passionate about storytelling and creating memorable characters that connect with audiences.

I have worked as an extra on a few small Independent productions as well as an Episode of "The Chosen" at Capernaum Studios in Weatherford Texas. I have also trained in stunt work with Extreme Force Hollywood Stunts.
