The upcoming psychological thriller "Cupid," directed by Mississippi native Tate Taylor, is seeking background actors of all ages for a paid feature film production in Natchez, Mississippi. Taylor is known for directing "The Help," "Ma," and "The Girl on the Train."
You'll portray background characters in various scenes, participate in crowd scenes and other background activities as directed by the production team, and deliver natural and believable background performances. You'll follow instructions from assistant directors and production staff, maintain continuity and professionalism throughout filming, collaborate with fellow background actors to create realistic on-screen environments, and arrive prepared and remain available for the scheduled filming period.
Production is starring Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Who they're looking for: Background actors of all ages. You must be based in or able to work in Natchez, Mississippi, or surrounding areas. You should be comfortable appearing on camera in a psychological thriller production and able to follow production direction and work collaboratively with other performers. Previous background acting experience is not required.
Pay: Adult Background Talent receives $150 for 12 hours.
