Casting TaylorMade is looking for background performers to portray NASA brass for the production Challenger, filming at Dobbins Air Force Base in Marietta, Georgia.
Filming takes place on Wednesday, November 18 or Thursday, November 19. Before you can be confirmed, you must complete base clearance requirements — so the casting process is moving quickly.
You'll also need to attend a wardrobe fitting between November 4 and November 6. Fittings are required for all uniformed military roles.
On set, you'll portray a senior NASA or military officer in background scenes, take direction from the production team, and bring a polished, senior-officer presence to your role.
To be considered, you must be available to film on November 18 or November 19, able to work on base at Dobbins Air Force Base, able to complete base clearance requirements, and available for a fitting between November 4 and November 6. An armed services background is a plus and may qualify you for a higher rate.
Compensation is $182 for 12 hours. Performers with an armed services background may qualify for $200 for 8 hours.
