On Location Casting is seeking real multi-generational families for a healthcare company commercial filming November 17 and 18, 2026 in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.
Families should be comfortable on camera and taking direction, and real family groupings are encouraged to submit together. Talent must be available for both dates with full-day flexibility and must be able to work in the Albuquerque area as a local hire. No travel, transportation, or accommodation is provided.
The Grandmother role calls for a warm, caring, and grounded performer whose relationship with her husband feels genuine, particularly during the hospital scenes. No prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities include portraying the grandmother in the commercial, showing a genuine relationship with your husband on camera especially in hospital scenes, and communicating emotion through subtle expressions and gestures.
To submit, include your first and last name, phone number, email address, height, weight, age, date of birth for minors, and current city and state. Provide two recent color photos per person — one close-up and one full-body standing photo, with no filters, sunglasses, or hats. Also include at least two photos of all submitting family members together, plus a short video with a slate for each family member.
Compensation is $150 per 12 hours, plus a 10% agency fee if you are currently represented.
