CAB Castings is looking for paid male and female extras to play hospital patients and visitors for a hit series filming in Atlanta, Georgia.
Filming takes place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. If booked, you should be prepared to work at least an 8 to 12 hour day.
You'll work as a hospital patient or visitor in scenes for the series, following direction from the production team on set. Make sure to provide all requested information and photos with your submission — incomplete submissions will be discarded.
Who they're looking for: men and women of all ethnicities, ages 18 to 60, available in Atlanta, Georgia on October 28, 2026, with open availability for the full day. You must include your car's year, make, model, and color in your submission.
Pay is $100 for 8 hours of work, with overtime paid after 8 hours. Payment is by check, mailed 2 to 3 weeks after filming.
