Caballero Casting is seeking authentic Mardi Gras Indians for a non-union national brand commercial produced by Smuggler and directed by a New Orleans native director, filming in New Orleans.
You must be a real Mardi Gras Indian and in possession of an authentic suit. The commercial celebrates genuine Mardi Gras Indian culture and tradition on camera.
Auditions are in-person or self-tape on November 3, 4, or 5, with callbacks on November 7 for selected talent. Shoot dates are November 16, 17, 18, and 19 — you only need to be available for one or two of those dates, though flexibility is appreciated.

Compensation is $500 for 8 hours on set. An additional $3,000 USD usage buyout is paid to recognizable talent with a full face in the foreground who are featured in the final materials.
