I started acting in high school doing various supporting roles in plays & musicals such as; Guys & Dolls, Little Shop Of Horror, & A Raisin in The Sun. During this time i also won gold at our acting competition “Trumbauer” for a monologue. I have not had an opportunity at professional work but i do consistently polish my skills with biweekly acting classes. i bring, charisma, charm, & composure to roles i portray.

I have been in theatre/performing since the age of 2. I was put into every dance class you can think of from the moment I could walk. I’ve always loved performing, of any kind (dancing, singing, acting, voice over, etc…) but as I got older my passion grew even more for the singing and acting aspects. I devoted all my time into vocal and acting lessons. I took college classes for just that. I did voice, musical theatre, dance, stage combat, voice over, all of it. I wanted to broaden my skill set for all genres/types of roles. I have been told by many of my coaches and professors over the years that I have a natural knack for emoting each character and as well as my timing, whether it be serious and dramatic or comedic and witty. I’ve moved around a lot, I was raised a military kid, so I’ve had the opportunity to live in multiple states where I’ve met a wide range of people. I was able to learn about all types of people who come from different backgrounds, cultures, religions, lifestyles, etc… It truly was able to just help me understand people in general, made it easier for me to naturally connect with any character I’ve been given. I haven’t always had the opportunity or resources to get out there in the auditioning world yet but I’m never giving up. I know what I’m passionate about and I know my time will come when it’s meant to happen.

Cedrick Scruggs is a Huntsville, Alabama–based performer, model, and creative artist with experience in dance, live entertainment, cruise line performance, modeling, and film/television background acting. Standing at 6’3”, Cedrick brings a commanding on-camera presence, athletic movement quality, and versatility across stage, commercial, and screen environments. His professional background includes performance experience within Disney Cruise Line entertainment environments, along with live productions, fashion showcases, festivals, theatrical performances, and entertainment events. Cedrick’s movement training includes contemporary, jazz, commercial hip-hop, musical theatre, freestyle movement, and performance-based storytelling. Cedrick is also expanding his on-screen experience through film and television work, including background acting credits on the upcoming Netflix series Scarpetta and the feature film Thirsty Girl. In addition to acting, he has experience in modeling and promotional work, bringing professionalism, adaptability, and strong energy both on set and in live performance spaces. Cedrick continues pursuing opportunities in commercial modeling, television, film, and live entertainment throughout the Southeast, with local hire availability in Atlanta, Nashville, and surrounding markets.
