ExtraOrdinary Casting is looking for background talent who look like high school students for a new indie romance-comedy feature film. The project is similar in style to High Fidelity but from the female perspective, paying homage to early-aughts teen dramas like Dawson's Creek through self-discovery and millennial quarter-life angst.
Filming takes place on Friday, October 30 in Chicago, Illinois, and Friday, November 6 in Wheaton, Illinois, for high school party scenes. You must be available the entire day and night on either or both days.
You are 18 to 21 years old and look younger, of any ethnicity or gender. You must have your own reliable transportation to filming locations in Chicago and Wheaton. Work late hours as filming will most likely go very late. Note availability for both days or either day and which date in your email submission.
If you play guitar or drums, note that in your submission for consideration as Asher's band mates on November 6. A volunteer is also needed for the featured role of The Makeout Guy and Asher's Girlfriend on November 6; intimacy kissing may be required, fully clothed.

Compensation: — $136.40 guarantee for up to 8 hours, plus time and one half for overtime — A few non-speaking featured extras at $156.00 guarantee for up to 8 hours, plus time and one half for overtime — An extra $30 bump for stand-in work — An additional $30 to the featured rate for The Makeout Guy and Asher's Girlfriend — Quicker turnaround time for pay than most indies
