NBC's Chicago Fire is looking for real EMTs to work on set on Tuesday, October 27. This is not a role for actors playing EMTs — the production wants authentic emergency medical professionals who can bring a genuine presence to the scene.
They are seeking clean-shaven males with short hair, as well as females of all ethnicities. All ethnicities are encouraged to apply. You must be local to Chicago, the suburbs, or the surrounding border states to Illinois.
You'll appear on camera in uniform as a real EMT, bring authentic emergency-response mannerisms to the scene, and follow direction from the production team throughout the day. Be prepared for an early call time — filming can start as early as 5 AM — and plan for a full day on set of approximately 12 hours.
Compensation is $206 for 8 hours, with time and a half paid after 8 hours, plus a $25 special ability bump.
You must be available to work on Tuesday, October 27.
