Currently reigning as Ms. Executive East Coast in the Miss United Crown of America system, Megz is no stranger to the spotlight — but her favorite role is coach. She is the Head Coach of a middle school girls' flag football team, and founded a nonprofit teaching problem-solving and communication skills to young women. Hi there! I'm Rachel. I'm 5'5", 160lbs, and currently based in Richmond, VA. I've been acting for 20 years now, getting my start in college theater and working my way into professional theater, commercial, film, and television work. Drama is my passion, psychological thrillers are my favorite genre, and my goal in life is always to be the most authentic version of myself possible. I carry this into my acting as well. Outside of acting, I love plants, nature, adventure, traveling, thrill seeking, my family, and my 3 dogs. My two acting dreams are to have my own travel show like Anthony Bourdain where I am able to explore and give back to the cultures/communities that are featured and, secondly, to play a serial killer in a movie or TV series.

I have over 30 years experience as an actor on stage, TV, and in films. I also have extensive background and stand in experience. I'm a retired Army officer and combat veteran. I'm strong with Improv and studied at Groundlings in Los Angeles.

I have traveled the world, I have operated in war zones, but I also am a musician (drummer and bass guitarist). I bring a quiet intensity or my presence can fill an empty space.

I am a trained actor and model with additional skills such as sports, instruments, etc. I can do my own stunts.
