I’m a vibrant, confident woman who believes life gets more interesting with age. At 66, I bring energy, authenticity, humor, warmth, and a genuine zest for life to everything I do. My background is anything but ordinary. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, am a clinical hypnotherapist and nationally certified neurofeedback practitioner, and spent 14 years practicing in Denver specializing in weight loss and anxiety. Today, I’m a professional speaker, health and wellness entrepreneur, and co-founder of Step into Vitality. I’m also an athlete at heart. I competed in bikini bodybuilding at 62 and continue to challenge myself physically, including training for Ninja Warrior. I love adventure, travel, the outdoors, and trying things that push me outside my comfort zone. What I believe I bring to an acting role is real life experience. I’ve been a wife, mother, daughter, business owner, counselor, speaker, athlete, caregiver, adventurer, and woman who has experienced both incredible joy and profound loss. Those experiences have given me depth, resilience, empathy, humor, and the ability to connect authentically with people. I’m especially drawn to roles that portray women in their 60s as vibrant, capable, sexy, funny, strong, adventurous, and fully alive. I want to help challenge the outdated idea that aging means fading into the background. Some of the most interesting chapters of a woman’s life can begin at 60. I’m ready to bring that energy, authenticity, and life experience to the screen.
