I’m a Yemeni American actress from the Detroit area with experience working on a Netflix production. As a hijabi performer, I’m passionate about authentic storytelling, meaningful representation, and bringing diverse characters to life on screen. I’m excited to continue growing in film and television while taking on roles that challenge and inspire me.

Kimberly is an experienced actress on stage and screen. She was most recently seen in the original production of “Last Weekend in August” by Under Construction Theatre Co. she is solid, dependable, funny and takes direction well while bringing warmth and authenticity to any character.

I am a seated Circuit Judge, Author, Motivational Speaker, Law Professor, and retired Michigan Army National Guard, JAG Officer. I have been featured in several documentaries, a featured guests multiple talk shows and podcasts and have been a legal commentator on news networks. In my varied employment, I have had to play many roles. As a judge, I’m constantly in front of cameras and public handling live situations as they come in front of me unscripted. I have the confidence and ability to portray various characters, convincingly and emotionally connect with an audience. That is something I do on a daily basis as a judge when people come in front of me, whether it be a victim, defendant or other party. I understand people and the things that motivate them. I have ability to convey various emotions, motivations, and intentions through body language, speech and facial expressions.

Izzy has always enjoyed performing whether it was guitar, singing, musical theatre, dance. In school, she participated in musicals for 6 years. Izzy also has been through auditions for a youth chamber choir at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor during her high school years. Being a part of these passions lead her to have experience in professionalism and courageousness. Izzy is always putting herself out there and is always thinking about what’s next for her. I’ve always been interested in singing, dancing, acting, and modeling, etc. I really like that quote, ‘you can’t add more days to your life, so add more life to your days’ and I try my best to live by that; what better way to add life to your days than with artistic expression! Sometimes, I get afraid that I may not be able to make my dreams into reality before my life is over since I want to do so many things and some of my dreams are really big; but, I remain optimistic because I know my future is still unwritten, and if I keep following my heart and taking chances I’ll end up where I’m meant to be. One thing I want to pursue is acting. I know that I have the ‘look’ certain casting directors look for, I have the ability to adapt accordingly based on the given role, and I control my facial expressions well, so I think I’d excel at being an actress! Especially once I’ve gained more experience in different genres and have the opportunity to grow. Aside from large scale projects, I’m interested in commercials for brands that I like shopping from, clothes, shoes, or makeup, etc. such as: American Eagle, Old Navy, Aeropostale, GAP, Target, Sketchers, Hippie Rose, etc. Fun fact: I previously worked at my local AEO! I want to try a wide variety of genres, such as sitcoms, fantasy, sci-fi, and comedy, but I know I want to be in horror movies one day - hopefully while I’m still young since I’d be able to play certain characters - since I know I would be terrifying and that’d be such a cool experience. Stephen Blackwell is an actor from Detroit, Michigan. The eldest of three siblings, Blackwell earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University (Detroit) and his Master's Degree from the University of Florida. While he got his start in theater, Stephen is currently segueing into more film and television work.
