You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle, after which your profile becomes inactive in matching.
How to cancel
- Go to your billing page
- Click "Cancel membership"
- Confirm — you'll see your access end date
What happens after you cancel
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. You can keep using everything you currently use.
- You won't be charged again. Auto-renewal is turned off the moment you cancel.
- After your access ends, your profile remains in the system but is excluded from new matches. You won't lose your existing connections or submission history.
- You can reactivate anytime by signing back in and starting a new membership.
Pausing instead of canceling
If you're going on hiatus and want to come back later, canceling and reactivating later is currently the right path — there's no separate "pause" option. Your profile data persists between memberships, so reactivating picks up where you left off.
Deleting your account entirely
Canceling your membership doesn't delete your account or profile. If you want full deletion — including profile, photo, and submission history — email us at casting@castingcompanion.com and we'll handle it.
